We run many different Work Groups for teachers, teaching assistants and maths leaders, across all phases of education. Each of our projects is led by an expert, with participants contributing to and learning from the Work Group.

    Join the waitlist for 2024/25 This Work Group will support schools in developing a teaching for mastery approach. The Work Group will typically consist of a group of six schools who work collaboratively with a Mastery Specialist to lead the development of teaching for mastery in their schools.

    Secondary schools and maths departments that want to introduce and develop teaching for mastery can join the Work Group and should nominate two teachers as Mastery Advocates.

    Schools with additional challenges need bespoke support to ensure their systems and cultures are conducive to a teaching for mastery approach. This project is for schools who are not yet ready to join the Teaching for Mastery Development Programme.
