MULTI-ACADEMY TRUST MATHS LEADS COMMUNITY

This national community brings together MAT Maths Leads to shape a coherent vision for maths across multiple schools.

 

Participants will strengthen leadership of curriculum and pedagogy, develop sustainable approaches to professional development, and align practice with Teaching for Mastery principles.

 

Through three national face-to-face days, inter-sessional activity, and an active online network, participants will collaborate with peers, engage with research, and refine their leadership approach.

The programme supports strategic curriculum planning, trust-wide subject leadership, and the development of impactful CPD models—equipping leaders to drive lasting improvement in maths teaching and outcomes across their MAT.
