SECONDARY & POST 16
The projects that we run in secondary schools develop mastery teaching and support department wide collaboration.
In addition, we also support schools and colleges to address the immediate challenge of teaching the 9-1 GCSE, and offer subject knowledge enhancement for new teachers and those teaching maths as an additional subject.
Our Post-16 programmes offer opportunities for developing teachers and maths departments and resources to support all post-16 maths teaching.

SECONDARY SUBJECT LEADERSHIP NETWORKS
Our Subject Leader collaborative network is an opportunity for
subject leaders from local schools to work together to embed teaching for mastery approaches across their department.
With bespoke sessions for maths leads and subject teachers, supported by a local experienced Mastery Specialist or Advocate, participants build a culture of sustained professional learning through collaboration

Subject leaders play a vital role in shaping departmental practice and driving improvements in student outcomes.
This project provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of effective teaching approaches, their wider leadership responsibilities, and their capacity to work with colleagues to transform secondary maths learning.
