In this video, maths MAT leaders share their reflections on the impact of their work with Sussex Maths Hub, including how engagement with our Hub and our leadership programmes has influenced their practice, confidence, and strategic reach.

We were thrilled to welcome over 34 Teaching Assistants from 18 schools across Sussex to the launch of this year’s Specialist Knowledge for Teaching Mathematics (SKTM) – TA Programme.

Our project focused on each participant identifying one key improvement priority within their setting, bespoke to each school, followed by the implementation of a planned cycle of measurable actions for positive change.
