Jess has been Head of Maths at Cardinal Newman Catholic School for 6 years. Having previously been involved in the Local Leaders of Education (LLME) Networks with the Sussex Maths Hub, Jess applied to join the Cohort 6 Secondary Mastery Specialist training programme, which she completed in 2023.
